7. Artist Release Terms, Artist FAQ and Signed Agreements
Artist related matters are governed by separate documents and agreements.
The public information available on this website does not replace, amend or override any Artist Release Terms, Artist FAQ, Release Guide, release agreement, licensing agreement, distribution agreement, contract or written agreement provided by Rice Bowl Recordings.
If Rice Bowl Recordings is interested in a submitted track, the artist may be invited to review our Artist Release Terms and related documentation.
Any release relationship becomes binding only through a separate written agreement.
In case of conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and any signed artist agreement, release agreement or Artist Release Terms, the signed artist agreement and artist specific terms shall control for all artist, release, rights, royalties, takedown, merchandise, physical edition and distribution related matters.
Nothing on this website creates a recording agreement, publishing agreement, distribution agreement, management agreement, partnership, employment relationship or any other binding music business relationship.
8. Artist Contracts and Release Agreements
Any release, distribution, licensing or artist relationship with Rice Bowl Recordings must be confirmed through a separate written agreement signed or approved by the appropriate parties.
Until a written agreement is completed, all demo discussions remain non-binding.
Rice Bowl Recordings may work with standard release terms, standard artist documentation and non-negotiable release frameworks. Artists are free to accept or decline those terms before entering into a release agreement.
9. No Release, Promotion or Result Guarantee
Submission of music, communication with Rice Bowl Recordings or appearance on any website form does not guarantee acceptance, release, promotion, playlist placement, advertising campaign, chart result, streaming result, revenue level, Beatport performance, editorial support or future opportunity.
Any promotion, playlist inclusion, catalog campaign, compilation inclusion, merchandise opportunity, physical edition, Top Artist campaign or additional support remains subject to Rice Bowl Recordings’ sole discretion, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Promo List Applications
This website may include forms or links for applying to join the Rice Bowl Recordings promo list.
Submitting a promo list application does not guarantee access to promotional material, private listening links, DJ downloads or release updates.
Promo access is reviewed manually and may be reserved for active DJs, radio hosts, music curators, blogs, playlist curators, media partners, platform representatives and trusted promotional contacts.
Rice Bowl Recordings may approve, reject, suspend or remove promo list access at its discretion.
Promo material must not be leaked, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or shared without authorization.
11. Minors
